Yurp, the triple threat is the suck-iest, this is when happen if lost someone in ur life, its true, u feeled that ur life is over and u hav nothing to fall to, but remember this, the Kübler-Ross model, it will totally will help u out;

1st stage,
DEPRESSION, the feeling of needing someone in ur life soo killing u softly inside.

2nd stage,
ANGER, why did my ex treating my this way? is not fair, all the things i have done.

3rd stage,
BARGAINING, my ex will come back to me, im sure.

4th stage,
DENIAL, my ex is still soo in love with me.

5ht stage,
ACCEPTANCE, i am fine, i MOVED ON with my life.

*Stage 1,2,3 and 4 vary to each person, repetition of the stages might also occur, however, stage 5 is constant.

yes, i agree, breaking up is sucks, especially if u the one who been broked off, is a bit better if u the one who breaking it up, u hav the reason to do it, hahaha, and pretty good reason of it, hehehe, yurp, laugh it out, this gonna help u, why u asked? stage 1 to 4, can combine or mix together, its killing u, but, trust me, if u survive this, u will b better off;


'What doesn't killed u, make u stronger'

ur life will b depressed at first, don't feel like eating or doing anything, u would just like to lie down at ur comfy bed and do nothing at all, cries ur eyes out, yurp, it sucks, be listen to this;

'this is the cycle of life'

its getting better isnt it? yurp, life has its up in down, in every aspect of life, ur economy situation, ur style situation and also ur love life, yurp, its a down turn now, but dun worry, it will turn up soon enough, it will catch u off guard, u will not expect it all;

'ur life is better off now'

Yurp, its true to the max, trust me, u might not know it, but its true, u r free now, u can do anything u want, on the plus side, there is no more worries about the other side, all the scare or uncertainty is no more, all the hurt and suffered come from the other side is no more, how good is that? damn good i tell u;


'Stage 5, the new life'

Yurp, the most importing part in life, accepting who u r, u live the life to fullest, this is the best thing u can do to urself, there is always a silver lining in everything, u might not seeing it now, u will see it soon enough, ur ex is not good for u, ur ex makes ur life miserable, ur make ex made u do the right thing for the wrong reason, yurp, it does go to that extend, and now i'm telling u, if u think u r happy before, u will be more happier in the future, trust me in this, its better now than later , at least it will b less messier and hurtful;


'Life is unexpected'

u will never know what will happen in the future, but if u working in a positive way, always talked in a positive attitude, u will see, haaa, this is what i want i life, the one who letting u down is ur ownselves, no one can control ur feeling, u r the one can decide if u want to b happy or down, rajin or malas, its u, u decide, do something good for urself, u will feel better, so much better, all the things i said above has a time frame, its vary from person to person, however, the faster u react the faster u can reach happiness, why wait? go for it, the happiness is waiting for u, trust me if i tell u now, i soo happy with my love of my life, because im already at stage 5, the new life, i never expect to be happy as i am right now, i does happen, i never expect to find my love of the life in a concert, hihihi, trust me;


'Never expect something good happen to u if u don't work for it'

this is soo true, if u not working for it, how happiness comes to u, same goes to money, the same shit all over again, trust me, go for it, find happiness within urself first, than u will find much more happiness to work for, and don't forget, ur family is always on urside, yurp, there will b there for u, the plus side, ur friends is also there 4 u, b happy, down b down, u hav the remote control, turn the happy mode on, yurp, fb it, tweet it, then do it, u can b happy, if malaysia boleh, y can't u? there 20million malaysians n only one u, b happy the right way, dun destroy urself, nothing good will come out of it, im ending this post with;
